Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week StaffFlex contract. The role runs days, 7:00 am–7:30 pm, with on-call once a month. You will perform radiographic imaging, ensure patient safety, educate patients, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging.

An Associate degree in Radiologic Technology is required; BLS and ARRT certifications are preferred. Strong communication and infection control skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks conversational English.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Able to fully use radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Position, move, and assist patients to ensure accurate imaging results.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and properly; monitor patient safety.
• Complete clerical duties (phones, records, scheduling) and maintain a clean imaging room.
