Qualifications

• AS in Radiologic Health Science or equivalent required.
• ARRT registration and Virginia state licensure required.
• BLS certification required; one year of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs.
• Prepare patient for radiologic procedures with proper positioning and immobilization.
• Maintain production and quality of radiographs by following standards and procedures.
• Document patient care in department records and charts.
• Review exams for technical accuracy and anatomical orientation; assist radiologist with medications and contrast agents.
• Participate in emergency call rotation to meet department needs.
