Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist I to perform diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures in an ambulatory setting. You will independently work or assist physicians, prepare patients, and operate x-ray equipment to obtain high-quality images.

Qualifications include ARRT-approved radiography training, ARRT certification, and strong knowledge of radiographic equipment and computing basics. Excellent communication and adaptability are essential, with preference for NH registry

Qualifications

• Associate degree or ARRT‑approved Radiography Program is required.
• ARRT certification and registration in Radiography are required/licensed where applicable.
• Knowledge of radiographic equipment, accessories and basic computer skills.
• Ability to modify care based on patient age and interpret information accordingly.
• Strong communication, independence in diagnostic rooms and adaptability.
• Preferred: ARRT registry-eligible and registration within six months of hire.

Job description

The Radiologic Technologist I performs diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures independently or assisting physicians by preparing patients and operating x-ray equipment to obtain quality images in an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications Include

• Associate degree or completion of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program (required); one year of diagnostic radiology experience (preferred).
• Certification and registration by ARRT in Radiography (RT[R]) for NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility or Hospital Outpatient Department, or NH Medical Group Office.
• Thorough knowledge of radiographic equipment, accessories, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to modify care based on patient age and interpret information to meet specific care needs.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently in diagnostic rooms, and adaptability to various procedures and equipment.
• Preferred: NH Medical Registry-eligible in Radiography by ARRT; certification and registration within six months of hire.
