Job summary

Providence Scholls Medical Plaza in Tigard, OR is hiring a Radiology Technologist for a Full-Time/Day Shift (Sunday–Wednesday). A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment, in addition to Providence's benefits and compensation package starting on day one.

The role involves performing radiologic examinations with advanced imaging equipment, considering each patient's needs and age range from children to geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer License.
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic examinations using a variety of radiologic equipment for diagnosis.
• Take into account individual patient's needs; may assess, treat or care for patients of various ages.

Performs radiologic examinations using a variety of sophisticated radiologic equipment for use in diagnosis of patient conditions, taking into account individual patient's needs. This job may require an employee to be responsible for the assessment, treatment or care of a child, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
