Location: Rutland, VT 05701, United States

Under supervision of a radiologist and department leadership, performs imaging on all general radiographic equipment, with opportunities to expand into modalities such as Interventional Radiology, Mammography, CT, MRI, and Bone Density. Responsible for appropriate scanning and imaging protocols, recognizing general radiography anatomy, and providing service excellence in accordance with hospital policies. Uses RIS/PACS and HIS systems for recording and disseminating patient exams and results.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completed an approved Radiology Technology program

Minimum Work Experience:

• Up to one year hospital-related experience
• Digital Imaging and PACS experience
• Fluoroscopy procedures
• Operating Room procedures

Required Licenses/Certifications:

• Current state R.T. license
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• 24 ECE credits in two years for recertification
• De-escalation and restraint certification *
• ARRT Certified (required within 3 months of hire)
• Specialty ARRT Certifications (highly desirable)

Pay Range: $28.71 - $42.45
