Bluegrass Orthopaedics is hiring a Radiology Technologist for our radiology departmentin Lexington, Ky.
As a Radiology Technologist for Bluegrass Orthopaedics, your job duties include operating imaging equipment and performing diagnostic x-rays as applicable on patients as ordered by physician, evaluate radiographs for technical quality, assisting physician with imaging procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of field using continuing education and in-service, obtain and complete process for medication requests by patients, obtain KASPER reports as ordered by provider, operates autoclave and distributes clean instruments to all areas of clinic. The Radiology Technologist will also maintain a safe, orderly work area and practice safety factors as well as perform other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor. The Radiology Technologist reports to the Radiology Supervisor.
