Job summary

South Florida Same Day Surgery Center is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a full-time role in an outpatient surgery center. The position supports intraoperative radiologic and fluoroscopic procedures, collaborating with physicians and nursing staff to ensure quality imaging and patient safety.

The role requires an Associate degree in Radiography, Florida CRT credential, and ARRT registration. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive pay of $30/hour and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiography from an accredited program.
• Current Florida CRT credential.
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• One year of healthcare management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and X-ray technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform intraoperative X-ray and fluoroscopic procedures as directed by physicians.
• Position patients and equipment to obtain accurate, high-quality images.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiology equipment.
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and patient protection protocols.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and required procedure logs.
• Communicate patient care information to nursing staff and report equipment issues.
