Job summary

Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center, part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, seeks Diagnostic Technologists to join the Radiology team. The role involves performing radiologic procedures across Emergency, Inpatient, OR, and pediatric settings, with a focus on accuracy and patient safety.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program, hold Maryland licensure, ARRT registry, CPR, and IV certification if required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current radiologic technologist licensure in the State of Maryland.
• Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• Current CPR certification.
• Technologists that are required to start IVs must complete IV certification by HCGH.
• No experience is required. One year experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures in Emergency, Inpatient, Inpatient/Emergency portable, OR, Fluoroscopy and Pediatrics as assigned.
• Contribute to patient care in various hospital settings with accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with the Radiology team to ensure high-quality imaging and patient flow.

Shift:

32 hours per week

Saturday/Sunday 9:00am - 9:30pm

Tuesday - 1:30pm - 10:00pm

Holiday work is required.

Salary Range:

Minimum $34.62/hour - Maximum $57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
