Job summary

Johns Hopkins Imaging at Greenspring is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our elite team. You will operate standard and specialized x-ray equipment to perform radiographic examinations used for diagnosis and treatment, caring for a patient population from newborn to geriatric.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiologic Technology program completed (or equivalent).
• ARRT certification current registered.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard and specialized x-ray equipment to perform radiographic examinations for diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with radiology staff to ensure patient care needs are met and quality images obtained.
• Provide patient-centered care across all age groups from newborn to geriatric.

Job description

Our practice of team-centered patient care means that you will be collaborating regularly with a group of highly engaged imagingtechnical educators, nurses, radiologists and other staff. There are dedicated radiology clinical support teams to manage scheduling appointments, equipment maintenance, and other patient care needs. Teaching opportunities are available with our radiology assistants, students from the Schools of Medical Imaging, as well as learning opportunities across modalities for all technologists.

Johns Hopkins Imaging at Greenspring is searching for a Radiology Technologist to join our elite team. As a Rad Tech you will operate standard and specialized x-ray equipment to perform radiographic examinations used for diagnosis and treatment. Our patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, which normally is acquired in a two-year college or technical school program.
• ARRT certified with current registration required.
• CPR certification required
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift

8:45am – 5:15 pm OR 9:00am - 5:30pm
