Job Summary and Qualifications

The Radiology Technologist is responsible for performing various imaging procedures ordered by physicians, ensuring quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide appropriate care for patient populations.
  • Understand growth and development principles, assess patient data relative to age-specific needs.
  • Assess patient/family ability to learn and incorporate teaching.
  • Deliver compassionate, holistic care respecting patient rights and dignity.
  • Maintain knowledge of equipment and procedures for radiology.

Qualifications include:

  • Graduate of a 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • ARRT registration.
  • One year of experience preferred.
