Job summary

NC State University’s Campus Health is seeking a Radiology Technician to perform diagnostic imaging and provide patient-centered care using modern radiology equipment. You will contribute to timely, accurate imaging and support clinical providers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency and two years of experience in medical diagnostics; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Some positions may require additional training, certifications, or licenses.
Preferred Qualifications include knowledge of radiologic science, independent judgment, and ability to perform specialized orthopedic procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform radiographic procedures, including patient positioning and digital image capture, to produce high-quality diagnostic images for Campus Health providers.
Accurately enter patient information into the electronic health record and communicate with patients, providers, and staff.
Maintain radiology equipment through routine quality control, cleaning, and monitoring to ensure reliable operation and high-quality imaging.
