Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Technologists Assistant II for a per diem, on-site role in Orlando, FL. You will support technologists with patient intake, preparation, and setup for MRI/other imaging procedures. The role includes 70% technologist support, 20% cleaning/organization, and 5% miscellaneous tasks.

Per diem schedule varies. Requirements include being at least 16 years old and at least 1 year of experience as a Technologists Assistant I.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Technologists Assistant I.
• Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Currently enrolled in a Radiologic Technologist program.

Responsibilities

• Assist technologists in room setup and patient preparation for procedures.
• Greet and escort patients, explain procedures briefly.
• Prepare patient jackets and compile films for jackets by date/number.
• Restock and organize imaging areas and supply rooms.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Medical Records as needed.
