Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic examinations under physician direction and to assist with fluoroscopic procedures. You will verify orders, prepare films, maintain patient records, and ensure privacy and safety standards.

Required: graduate of an accredited imaging program, ARRT eligibility with ARRT within one year, BLS, and state licensure if required. Sign-on bonus of $5000 offered for new hires.

• ARRT certification or registry eligible; ARRT within one year post graduation.
• BLS certified; state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations under physician direction.
• Assist with fluoroscopic procedures and prepare films for interpretation.
• Verify physician orders.
• Maintain patient records and department supplies and equipment.
• Warm and check x-ray machines; report malfunctions.
• Ensure patient privacy and safety; follow National Patient Safety Goals.
