Position Overview

Provide quality patient care in the medical imaging department, perform high-quality images and exams, and maintain safety standards. Demonstrate leadership and act as a clinical resource for staff and students.

Responsibilities

1. Perform diagnostic radiology procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to radiation safety standards.
2. Produce accurate and timely images.
3. Prepare and instruct patients for exams, addressing their needs.
4. Assist and position patients during procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year post-certification experience
• ARDMS or ARRT-Radiographer certification
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Previous radiologic technologist experience
• Bone Density Certification
