The role you’ll contribute:

Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department. Perform high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Follow standards of safe radiation practice. Demonstrate leadership abilities and serve as a role model for other associate technologists. Act as a clinical resource to unit personnel and ensure current standards of practice for the unit.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Produce quality images in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
• Prepare patients for exams. Provide information and instructions to patients and/or family regarding the procedure and respond to their physical and emotional needs.
• Assist patients during exams and position them appropriately.
• Observe patients and equipment during procedures, report and document unusual occurrences, and record patient conditions.
