Job summary

HCA Midwest Health is seeking a dedicated Radiology Technology School Program Clinical Coordinator to oversee the Radiology School's direction and daily operations. You will coordinate curricula, supervise students, and ensure accreditation readiness across multiple clinical sites.

The role requires coordination with the Radiology Director, Program Director, and clinical faculty to ensure high-quality education and compliance with JRCERT standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an instructor in an accredited school of radiology technology.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Current ARRT certification.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS.
• Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation and academic counseling.
• Familiar with accreditation standards by JRCERT and radiologic equipment systems (PACS/RIS/HIS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical education schedules, student placements, materials, and communications.
• Assist in program curriculum development, assessment, and revisions.
• Maintain documentation to support accreditation and regulatory readiness including clinical rotation records.
• Oversee student discipline and performance counseling.
• Review and assist with student handbook and clinical handbook revisions.
• Participate in the student selection process.
• Orient clinical preceptors/instructors to program philosophy and responsibilities.
• Disseminate student requirements to clinical faculty and coordinate site assignments.
• Develop student site assignments and rotation schedules.
• Meet with students and faculty to address concerns per program handbook.
• Survey students to evaluate faculty and site climate.
• Interact with clinical site management on policies.
• Provide student advisement and tutoring.
