Pioneer Medical Center has an immediate opening for a PRN (weekend) licensed Radiology Tech to join our hospital & clinics’ patient care team.
Under the general supervision of the Radiology Manager, the individual performs all diagnostic imaging ordered by providers such as basic x-ray and computed tomography (CT) according to departmental policies and procedures. Individual also performs EKG’s and places cardiac monitors. Candidate needs to be capable of performing routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting equipment, as well as make valued judgment decisions related to validity of orders.

Blood Borne Pathogen Category: Category II: Tasks that may involve occasional exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues, but are not a part of the routine job description. Appropriate protective measures are readily available to every employee engaged in Category II tasks.
