Job summary

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a Radiology Operations Lead to assure day-to-day satellite imaging services, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance across assigned locations. The role supports adherence to Joint Commission and ACR standards while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The position requires extensive radiographic expertise, leadership abilities, and strong communication for collaboration with radiologists, technologists, and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Health Records.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize workflow to maximize productivity while maintaining quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in development of PDCA systems to implement and monitor process improvements.
• Ensure team adheres to departmental policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Monitor regulatory/accreditation compliance and address deficiencies.
• Train new and current team members and students; complete orientation checklists.
