Job summary

Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH seeks a Radiology Tech-Interventional Radiology for full-time days. The role performs IR procedures with contrast media and coordinates patient flow within the IR department.

Job Title: Radiology Tech-Interventional Radiology

Unit: Interventional Radiology

Shift: Days-7:30 a-4:00 p

Facility: Atrium Medical Center

General Summary/Responsibilities

Independently performs Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture. Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the IR department. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties in order to maintain equipment in good working condition. May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. May have on call responsibilities.
