System Support is seeking a Radiology Tech-Interventional Radiology to join Atrium Medical Center on dayshift. Independently perform IR procedures with contrast, follow licensure, and coordinate patient flow within the IR department.

Proficiency in EMR and RIS, strong teamwork and communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. On-call duties may apply based on department needs and patient volume.

Formación

• CPR certification and ARRT RT (R) registry required.
• ODH licensure required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Interventional radiology knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains equipment with professional judgment and safety.
• May perform procedures in other imaging modalities as needed.

Job Title: Radiology Tech-Interventional Radiology

Unit: Interventional Radiology

Shift: Days-7:30 a-4:00 p

Facility: Atrium Medical Center

General Summary/Responsibilities:

Independently performs Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture. Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the IR department. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties in order to maintain equipment in good working condition. May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. May have on call responsibilities.
