Dignity Health - St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, CA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist dedicated to pediatric imaging, producing diagnostic images tailored for children while ensuring a comforting patient experience.
You will perform X-ray, fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI as needed, applying child-friendly workflows and precise positioning to support timely diagnoses. A CA Radiologic Technologist license and CPR are required, with 5+ years of pediatric radiology experience preferred.
As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images specifically tailored for pediatric patients, enabling accurate diagnoses and effective management of their conditions.
Every day you will perform a variety of imaging examinations on children, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively creating a comforting and positive experience for young patients and their families through direct interaction.
To be successful in this role, you will understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging in a pediatric context, encompassing expertise in child-friendly workflow, age-appropriate patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses in children.
