Job summary

Coshocton Regional Medical Center is seeking an Imaging Technologist for per diem coverage, with variable 12-hour day or night shifts. The role performs diagnostic radiographic procedures (CT, Cat Scan, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound) following department protocols and participates in PI/QC activities.

CT experience preferred but training is available. Must maintain imaging needs for patients and support the radiology team.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
• National certifications in two modalities required.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
• One year of acute clinical radiography preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures (CT, Cat Scan, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, or other special procedures) following department protocols.
• Participate in PI/QC activities and assist in maintaining the performance improvement program.
• Act as a first‑line interface with customers, ensuring their imaging needs are met.
• Oversee the radiology area and staff in the absence of a manager or director.
• Manage department supplies and equipment; schedule work for assigned sub‑departments.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
