Job summary

St. Mary’s Hospital - Kankakee is seeking a part-time Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with department protocols and regulatory requirements.

The role also involves serving as the primary point of contact for imaging needs and contributing to quality control activities. Ideal candidates will have ARRT-R certification, state licensure with fluoroscopy permit, current BCLS, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• State licensure and fluoroscopy permit required.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• Familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• Minimum one year of radiology technologist experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols and regulatory standards.
• Interfaces with customers to address imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.
