Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center, Lewiston, is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and ensure image quality in alignment with regulatory standards. The role operates on a Night shift within CMH’s Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.

The position requires ARRT-R certification, state license and fluoroscopy permit, and BCLS. Prior experience and solid computer skills are preferred to support PACS image processing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Overview

Pay Transparency

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $32.00 to $40.01 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
