Job summary

UF Health seeks a Radiologic Technologist to position patients and perform radiographic exposures while operating and maintaining equipment. The role requires adherence to radiographic procedures, safety standards, and quality imaging across all patient age groups.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, BLS, ARRT certification (or temporary Florida license), and obtain full Florida licensure within 30 days of hire. Prior radiology training or experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of radiographic procedure and practices.
• Age of Patients Served: All Age Groups.
• Requires ARRT certification and Florida licensure or temporary license at hire.
• BLS from the American Heart Association is required.
• Must pass ARRT Certification exam and obtain Florida State Radiologic Technologist license within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Less than one year radiological experience and formal training.
