Job summary

UT Health East Texas in Mabank is seeking a day shift, full-time Radiologic Technologist for our Urgent Care team. You will perform radiology procedures across all ages to support accurate diagnoses and patient care.

Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, ensuring safety standards, and meeting department needs. A commitment to showing compassion and teamwork is essential in this fast-paced urgent care setting in Mabank, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited college.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• TMB Licensed within 60 days of hire.
• ARRT Registered.
• Preferred: One year of radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiology procedures for all ages (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric) by utilizing ionizing radiation and/or other imaging modalities in order to aid in the diagnoses and treatment of disease.
• Subject to overtime and call back as required by hospital.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited college

BLS certification

TMB Licensed within 60 days of hire

ARRT Registered

One-year experience (preferred)
