Job summary

UT Health East Texas is seeking a Rad Tech for an urgent care in Kilgore, TX. This day shift, full-time position involves performing radiology procedures across all ages to support accurate diagnoses and patient care.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT registration, TMB license within 60 days, and BLS within 14 days. High school diploma, and preferred 1 year of experience. TMB licensing and ARRT are mandatory to practice in Texas.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited college.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• TMB Licensed within 60 days of hire.
• ARRT Registered.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• One-year experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs radiology procedures for all ages using ionizing radiation and/or imaging modalities to aid diagnoses and treatment.

Responsibilities

Performs radiology procedures for all ages (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric) by utilizing ionizing radiation and/or other imaging modalities in order to aid in the diagnoses and treatment of disease. Subject to overtime and call back as required by hospital.

Qualifications
