Qualifications

• Completion of a JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.
• Current Arizona ARRT registration and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT), CPR.
• Minimum six months clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs general radiology procedures for patients of all age groups served.
• Uses radiology equipment with standard operating procedures and quality control.
• Acts as a patient advocate and explains procedures prior to testing.
• Processes billing/charging with computer systems.
• Maintains communication with radiologists and cardiologists and coordinates with department staff.
• Adjusts work schedule to departmental needs and follows policy and procedure manuals.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
