Job summary

Carondelet St. Marys Hospital in Tucson, AZ is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures under minimal supervision.

You will provide high-quality radiographs and rotate through advanced areas, including OR and trauma, while applying professional judgment in patient care from newborns to the elderly. You must be a graduate of an accredited imaging program with ARRT eligibility; BLS and state licensure if required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited imaging program.
• ARRT certification or registry eligible; ARRT within one year post graduation; BLS, state license if required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality diagnostic radiographs and rotates through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology (OR, Urography, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements, trauma).
• Assists practitioner with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures and trauma.
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Other duties as assigned.

Up to $10,000 Bonus Based on Eligibility

Under minimal supervision, performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Exercises professional judgment in providing health care services, applying x-ray energy, to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly.

• Produces high quality diagnostic radiographs, rotates through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology to include OR, Urography, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements and trauma;
