Job summary

Precision Scans is seeking a Radiology Tech (Cath Lab Tech) for a traveler assignment in Passaic, NJ. The position runs from 10/05/2026 to 01/03/2027 with a 06:30-17:00 shift and pay between $85 and $90 per hour.

Required qualifications include ARRT(R) certification, state fluoroscopy and venipuncture permits, BLS, and an NJ ARRT license. Must have Cath Lab experience and C-Arm operation; duties include assisting Cath procedures and scrubbing IR cases.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE CATH LAB EXPERIENCE.
• ARRT(R) certification and state fluoroscopy permit required.
• BLS certification (AHA) and venipuncture permit required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Cath Procedures and PCIs.
• Instruct on Impella and balloon pump devices; scrub IR procedures.
• Nephrostomy tube, PICC, Permcath, pacemaker insertions; cerebral thrombectomy.
• Operate C-Arm and perform routine lead maintenance.

• Must Know to work on the C-Arm Machine and Routine LEAD maintenance
• Must be certified in working fluoroscopy
• Assist in a Cath Procedure and PCIs, how to insert Impella and balloon pump devices, Scrub IR procedures - Nephrostomy Tube Insertion, PICC insertion, Permcath Insertion, Pacemaker Insertion, Cerebral Thrombectomy
• RT should encompass the skills of RCIS
• Priority to NJ ARRT license
