Job summary

Olympia Fields Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare Services, is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a full-time, daytime shift in Olympia Fields, IL. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for qualified candidates.

You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensure quality imaging, and transmit studies to PACS, while adhering to state and federal regulations. Prior radiology experience and ARRT-R certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit required by State.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• Must comply with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
• At least one year of Radiology Technologist experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and regulations.
• Serve as the first point of contact with customers to address imaging needs.
• Participate in PI/QC activities.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.

Responsibilities

Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.

2. ARRT-R is required.

3. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.

4. Current BCLS (AHA).

5. At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.

6. Proficient computer skills.
