Ardent Health Services in Henryetta, OK seeks a Radiologic Technologist for a variable shift PRN role. The technologist will operate x-ray rooms, C-arms and portable units, ensuring safe, high-quality imaging.

Responsibilities include patient prep, scanning coordination, invasive-procedure assistance, and contrast media handling. ARRT registration or registry eligibility is required, with BLS certification due within 14 days of hire.

• Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is a 30-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology, emergency, women’s services, general surgery, rehabilitation, withdrawal stabilization and surgery.

• This position is accountable for operating the x-ray rooms, c-arms, and portables in a safe and proficient manner.
• Help clean rooms and equipment and order supplies, assist physicians with invasive procedures and administer basic C.P.R.
• A thorough knowledge of x-ray equipment, anatomy and positioning are essential for a quality exam.
• Coordinate patient prepping and scanning to maximize smooth patient flow.
• Demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Vocational/technical education
• Registered with ARRT or registry eligible
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
