Job summary

Western Carolina Surgery Center in Fletcher, NC is seeking a FT Radiology Tech to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in our ambulatory center under physician supervision.

The role requires ARRT licensure, state license if required, BLS/ACLS as needed, and at least one year of experience; outstanding communication with patients and care teams is essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT licensure/certification required.
• State license if required by state.
• BLS/ACLS as required by center/hospital.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.

The Radiology Technologist performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by a licensed physician in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or Surgical Hospital.

Qualifications

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) licensure/certification
• State Department of Health License if required by the state
• BLS and ACLS if required by the center/hospital
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the health care team
