Job summary

Safety Harbor Surgery Center, part of USPI, is recruiting a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in a ambulatory setting. The role requires ARRT licensure, state license if required, BLS/ACLS, and at least one year of experience.

The Radiology Technologist will contribute to patient care, ensure image quality, and maintain safety protocols while supporting a busy surgical center in Florida.

Qualifications

• ARRT licensure/certification required or as regulated by state.
• State license if required by the state.
• BLS and ACLS credentials if required by the center.
• Minimum of 1 year of radiology experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and health care team.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures per physician orders.
• Assist with radiology-related patient care and safety.
• Maintain image quality and adhere to ALARA principles.

Radiology Technologist at Safety Harbor Surgery Center

The Radiology Technologist performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by a licensed physician in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or Surgical Hospital.

Qualifications

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) licensure/certification
• State Department of Health License if required by the state
• BLS and ACLS if required by the center/hospital
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the health care team
