The candidate should have ARRT licensure, state license if required, BLS/ACLS as needed, and at least 1 year of experience, with strong communication for patient care.

Center for Special Surgeryis an Ambulatory Surgery Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Ambulatory surgery centers (or outpatient surgery centers) are healthcare facilities where surgical procedures not requiring an overnight hospital stay are performed.

Radiology Technologist at Center for Special Surgery

The Radiology Technologist performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by a licensed physician in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or Surgical Hospital.

Qualifications
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) licensure/certification
  • State Department of Health License if required by the state
  • BLS and ACLS if required by the center/hospital
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the health care team
