Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Beverly Hospital is seeking a Radiology Tech Aide to assist with patient care under supervision. The role supports diagnostic imaging teams, helps position patients for MRI, and handles administrative tasks such as scheduling, registration and insurance checks.

You will work in a fast-paced radiology department, participate in a patient care team, and ensure accurate documentation, PHI handling, and front-d desk coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with ill/sedated inpatients.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Assists with positioning of patients and prepares for MRI.
• Performs technologist aide functions as needed.
• Processes patients and schedules, handles insurance information.
• Maintains PHI and logs; supports front desk and daily operations.
