• Maintains an orderly and clean work environment.
• Prepares the diagnostic room with necessary supplies and equipment for the diagnostic procedure.
• Cleans diagnostic examination table and equipment after each patient.
• Maintains inventory levels of supplies.
• Performs clerical duties for diagnostic procedures.
• Enters patient demographics into computer system and ensures accuracy of information.
• Communicates clearly with medical staff, patients and families.
• Transports patients to and from the radiographic procedure room and assists with transfers.
• Assists the technologist with patient care responsibilities and with moving equipment.
• Assists with moving IV solutions and medication delivery as directed by licensed practitioners.
