Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Radiology supervisor at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC. The role directs and supervises the radiology technical and support staff, oversees imaging operations, and ensures efficient patient flow while maintaining high technical proficiency.

Must hold ARRT or NMTCB registration with supervisory experience; CPR registry is required. 40 hours/week, full-time with a sign-on bonus eligibility. Salary ranges $44.15–$66.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Registry with NMTCB or ARRT is required with supervisory experience.
• CPR Registry Required.
• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• 3 years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the technical and support staff in the Radiology area.
• Operates imaging equipment with high level of expertise.
• Troubleshoots procedures and develops new techniques for the department.
• Supervises technologists in day-to-day activities.
• Coordinates and organizes patient flow throughout the department.
