Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all CT staff at UH, Children's and Women's Hospital (C&W) & Pavilion Hospital.
The CT Radiology Supervisor supports the CT Manager in overseeing clinical, operational, quality, and staff-management activities for CT services at University Hospital, Pavilion, and Women's Hospital (C&W).
Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited school for radiologic technology or related field.
A.R.R.T. certification and five years of progressive radiology experience.
Must be able to problem-solve using good judgment.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to positively represent the department to internal and external customers. Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Technical expertise in adult imaging techniques.
Bachelor's degree in a related health science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a health care environment.
Knowledge of the EPIC EMR system.
Willing to be flexible with hours of operation and sites of operation.
Proven on the job leadership skills.
Demonstrate ability to problem solve, address staffing needs, and meet operational needs.
Previous scheduling and complex schedule building experience strongly preferred.

Work hours may vary based on departmental needs. The typical schedule is 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, with a potential four 10-hour shift schedule of 1:00 PM-11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend and Holiday support may be required.
Training will take place on Dayshift 7a-5p or 6a-4p
