Job summary

PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center in Cottage Grove, OR, seeks a Manager of Radiology to lead a 30-person imaging team and oversee day-to-day operations of Imaging Services.

The role focuses on leadership, mentorship, and operational excellence, with minimal clinical coverage, collaborating with caregivers and providers to sustain high-quality patient care in a respected critical access hospital.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of imaging experience.
• At least three years in a Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Quality improvement and process improvement experience.
• Equipment management experience.
• Knowledge of multiple imaging modalities, including specialty procedures (PACS/RIS knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Imaging Services.
• Mentor caregivers and strengthen relationships across departments.
• Review operational performance and support quality initiatives.
• Ensure imaging services serve the community with excellence.
• Limit routine clinical coverage to focused leadership tasks.
