Job summary

Curry Health Network seeks a Diagnostic Imaging Manager to lead the Radiology department across Port Orford, Gold Beach, and Brookings locations. You will plan, organize, and direct operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of imaging staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The role requires ARRT registration in Radiography and CT, Oregon licensure, and strong leadership with 5+ years in radiology settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Sciences required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in related field of expertise is required.
• At least three (3) years previous experience in a leadership role required.
• ARRT Radiography and Computed Tomography registration required.
• OBMI State of Oregon Radiography and Computed Tomography license
• Current AHA BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct Radiology operations to complete strategic goals.
• Supervise and mentor Imaging staff through regular meetings and rounding.
• Monitor monthly volumes, utilization, financial, operational and quality metrics in Radiology.
• Coordinate care with providers and department leaders for safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain regulatory requirements and accrediting standards for Radiology departments.
• Assist in preparing department budgets and oversee fiscal operations.
• Support a culture of safety and quality, delegating authority as needed.
• Cover shifts during emergencies in required modalities.
