Job summary

Curry Health Network is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Manager to lead Radiology across Gold Beach, Port Orford, and Brookings. You will direct operations, drive quality metrics, and work with leaders to meet strategic aims, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an ARRT Radiography/CT registration, Oregon licensure, and 5+ years in the field with 3+ years in leadership, plus a current BLS. Travel between locations may be required, with compensation reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in radiology or related field.
• At least three years in a leadership role.
• ARRT Radiography and CT registration required.
• OBMI Oregon Radiography/CT license.
• Current AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct Radiology operations to meet strategic goals.
• Mentor Imaging staff through weekly one-on-one meetings.
• Monitor monthly volumes, metrics, and financial data in Radiology.
• Collaborate with providers and dept. leaders for safe, high-quality care.
• Prepare department budgets and manage operating expenses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all facilities and accrediting bodies.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergencies and shifts as needed.
