Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a Radiology Services Manager for an advanced ambulatory medical center in Washington state. This full-time, day-shift leadership role oversees imaging staff across CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray, Dexa and Fluoroscopy, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a focus on patient-centered radiology care.

This Radiology Services Manager role leads a dynamic imaging team in an advanced ambulatory medical center setting. As an Imaging Manager you will shape patient centered radiology care with a $10,000 sign on bonus and full time day shift leadership.

The Radiology Services Manager will join an integrated medical center within a Level III Medical Office Building. This Diagnostic Imaging Manager supports a mission driven system with strong quality programs and Joint Commission accreditation. Imaging services hold ACR recognition in core modalities and operate with modern equipment. The campus delivers coordinated ambulatory and specialty care that values team based practice.

The Radiology Services Manager reports to the Director of Imaging. The Radiology Operations Manager leads supervisors leads and technologists across CT MRI Ultrasound Mammography X ray Dexa and Fluoroscopy. This role partners with radiologists nursing leaders scheduling registration and IT to deliver safe efficient care.

The Radiology Services Manager oversees a multidisciplinary department with more than 35 team members who cover CT MRI Nuclear Medicine Ultrasound Mammography X ray and Fluoroscopy. The Radiology Department Manager supports a steady high reliability environment that stays calm during surges. Collaborative radiologists and experienced technologists work side by side with front desk PACS and biomedical teams.

The Radiology Services Manager advances clinical practice through education mentoring and competency development for every modality. The Radiology Services Manager drives quality by tracking unsigned studies PACS exceptions and unended exams and by leading staff meetings each month. This role manages budgets FTE plans PTO approvals supply orders in OneLink and backfill through Stafferlink. The Diagnostic Imaging Manager addresses member concerns submits FMLA for impacted staff partners with IDM on performance and cascades key updates to teams.
