Job summary

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto Hospital within Tenet Healthcare seeks a Radiology Clerical Clerk III to support the Diagnostic Imaging department. You will greet patients, provide instructions, answer and route calls, schedule exams, enter orders, and manage PACS reports/images.

This full-time role reports to the Director of Imaging Services with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• At least six months of recent clerical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
• Scheduling experience and strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide instructions.
• Answer and route telephone calls; manage patient scheduling.
• Enter orders for exams/procedures and duplicate/import radiology reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
