Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a part-time Scheduling Specialist to join our Mansfield, TX team. You will answer phones, schedule patient examinations, and verify insurance information to keep our operations running smoothly.

The role supports the front office, handles overflow calls, and coordinates with technologists to ensure timely appointments and high patient satisfaction. Shifts are Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 9:30am–6:00pm and Sat 10:30am–5:30pm, with Rest days Tue & Sun.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with using computer systems and typing.
• Able to handle multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and schedules patient examinations.
• Maintains accurate patient and insurance information.
• Coordinates with technologists for scheduling changes to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Handles overflow calls for other centers to maintain exam scheduling.
• Provides backup coverage for front office as needed.
