The role reports to the Manager, Patient Access and requires English proficiency, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and knowledge of medical terminology. Compensation is $22.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

• Ability to multitask while delivering accurate patient information.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule all radiology modality exams with patients by phone.
• Provide every patient with a comfortable experience.
• Screen patients to determine appropriate exam type.
• Relay pertinent information regarding the examination to patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
