Dignity Health – Yavapai Regional Medical Center, now part of CommonSpirit Health, invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join its caring team in Prescott, AZ. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across the patient journey, from admission through discharge, with a focus on safety and outcomes.

The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, care planning, skilled procedures, and strong interprofessional collaboration.

Formación

• Associate of Nursing required.
• Two years of medical/surgical RN experience required.
• RN with Associate degree and one year RN procedural experience preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse license in AZ.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required or eligible.
• Competency in basic EKG skills demonstrated by test or coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Performs ongoing systematic assessments across physiologic, psychosocial, cultural and cognitive domains.
• Formulates goal-directed, prioritized care plans based on nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Implements care thoroughly and consistently.
• Sets priorities for patient care using resources and needs.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and communicates with the care team.
• Maintains clear communication with patients, families, staff and providers.
