Unit Overview The Diagnostic Radiology Department at The George Washington University Hospital is a fast‑paced, high‑acuity imaging service that supports the hospital’s Level I Trauma Center and broad range of tertiary care programs. Our team provides comprehensive imaging across multiple modalities, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, X‑ray, mammography, nuclear medicine, and interventional procedures, using advanced, state‑of‑the‑art technology.
Position Summary The Diagnostic Radiology Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing imaging procedures, ensuring safe preparation, monitoring, recovery, and coordination of care across the peri‑procedural continuum.
