Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a registered nurse to join the Radiology Nursing team at the Cleveland facility. The RN will apply the nursing process, coordinate patient care, and ensure safety and quality across the continuum of care.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Requires an active RN license, BLS, and approximately 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Pay ranges from $38.20 to $57.30 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of experience in clinical nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• May float to other units or facilities within the designated service area to meet patient care needs.
