Advocate Health is seeking a full-time registered nurse in Radiology Nursing at Atrium Health Cleveland. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The pay range is $38.20–$57.30 per hour, with benefits eligible.

The RN will engage in governance, apply evidence-based nursing, monitor patients, document accurately in EHR, and may float to other units as needed. Requires BSN (preferred), BLS, and active RN license with state privileges.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse (RN) license with privileges in the state(s) where practice occurs.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and participates in continuous evaluation of patient and unit outcomes.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely according to protocols.
